Welcome to SweetFlowers.ie. We are online business designing and delivering unique bouquets made from Chocolate, Toys, Fruits, Alcohol, Perfume & Artificial Flowers. We also create bouquets from fresh fruits and fruits covered in high quality Belgium Chocolate. We are the creator of glittered flower walls, flower logos & signatures be it home, office, beauty salon or a company. All of our materials are high quality bought in Ireland. We hand glitter our flowers individually. The bouquets are wrapped in real silk , organza or presented in a luxury hatbox. You could find absolutely unique bouquets in our store. Some of the bouquets are only made once and some might be repeated to the customer order. We can design and create a bouquet for any occasion. We can also change or add colors or materials to create your perfect bouquet. Shipping Info

We currently post to Ireland & UK. We use An Post regular services. The postage costs: Ireland & NI €8. United Kingdom €22. We offer free delivery to Ireland & NI on all orders of €100 or more. We also offer 50% discount to UK postal charges on all orders of €100 or more.  All of our orders are posted next business day.  Dublin Only - Next Day Delivery Available at €5. 

NOTE: Our fruit bouquets are delivered to Dublin area only. To ship our products we use standard An Post services, therefore any delay in delivery to areas outside of Dublin could happen due to the postal services outside of our control.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

All our products are specially handcrafted to the order. Therefore, are subject to availability due to circumstances beyond our control. Variations in color and material might vary up to 30% of initial product display.

Allergy Info

All chocolate and sweets are bought by SweetFlowers.ie from the Irish Local Stores. Therefore, by buying our bouquets you automatically agree to check 'Allergy Information' from the Manufacturer Website and consume sweets at your own risk. In case, where the customer consumes the chocolates without checking 'Allergies' information, the Seller does not care any Responsibility.

All teddy bears are produced with standard plush material, therefore might not be suitable for people with asthma. Other allergies are not known.  By buying our toy bouquets you automatically agree to use it at your own risk. Toys are not medically tested.  Our flowers are made of foam paper and glued by PVA glue. The glue is free from smell and has no affect on allergies.

Best Before

All our sweets and chocolates are bought from Irish Local Stores specifically to customer order. The expiry date of the sweets and chocolates is 3-5 months from the date of purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

 

The Return & Refund Policy does not apply to sweet bouquets or fruit bouquets. The bouquets containing confectioneries and chocolates could NOT be returned once purchased. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

Please Note, We DO NOT Provide payment for the return postal services. You have to pay return postage by yourself.

We DO NOT sell alcohol. The customers are buying alcohol themselves, send it to us and we decorate it into a hatbox. To arrange these please call us. This hatbox is reusable. When the bottle is emptied, another bottle could easily be inserted.
